Randall Simpson CPA PLLC was formed in September 2007 to provide assurance services for small and midsized businesses. Randall Simpson is a seasoned financial executive with almost 20 years of experience. He is a former Chief Financial Officer for large publicly held corporations and has 8 years of experience in public accounting.
Randall graduated from Baylor University in May 1989 and passed the CPA exam on his first attempt. He began his career at KPMG, serving some of the firm’s largest clients. He later brought his expertise to Grant Thornton, seeking to serve clients in the middle-market.
After assisting two Grant Thornton clients with initial public offerings, Randall was hired to function as the Controller, and later the Chief Financial Officer of Rent-A-Center, a large national rent-to-own chain. Randall’s industry experience includes high-tech, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, automobile dealerships, insurance, oil & gas, and benefit plans.
Randall Simpson brings a wealth of experience to his small to medium size clients, efficiently and effectively providing a high level of service at a competitive rate.
